the first time i didn't say up front i had already tried to use the code retrieval website and it didn't work so, of course, GS response was "try the web site." second time i said that IN BIG LETTERS right up front. didn't send a photo. rsg Yep, I've gotten the "try the website" response from Groundspeak as well, so now I make sure to state that I've already tried to use it, so I don't have to play email tag with them.

Bumping the response from Love. It also helps to state in your email that you've tried using the activation code retrieval website and it didn't work for yourself. I've also sent in a photo of the coin and tracking # visible along with my email. The last time I got a code this way, I got a response with the code in about two days.

According to geocoincollection, it was called Mystery Puzzle Geocoin. I kind of remember it being referred to that as well. What I don't remember is how it was being distributed, by cache or by mail.

I'm as perplexed as you are. When it first came out, it worked great. I was able to get a bunch of codes. Then one day (about four months ago) it started giving those error messages and it still does to this day. I tried using my parent's account but it gave me the same message. I'm using the latest version of Firefox but I also tried IE and Chrome. When we opened a feedback thread, a Lackey said it might be a throttling issue. In another post (not sure which thread), another Lackey said they were working on the issue and that it'd be fixed in an upcoming update. It didn't happen in the last update so maybe the next.

Like the new maps and milestones on the statistics page. But is there any way in a future release we could edit the milestones? I deleted a couple of "armchair" caches which throw my milestones off but I still want (for example) the 500th cache I found at that time to be my 500th find on the milestone page. That 500th find is now my 498th find but it my mind it'll always be my 500th find. Thanks for all your hard work!

I'm sorry Paulo, but that is unnacceptable. By entering into the Mathtrade you agreed to abide by the rules and to carry through on every trade you offered. Everyone here entered their coins and their wish lists in good faith. And everyone here was responsible for checking their lists before the trade was completed. I have heard back from one other participant who made an error, but they have agreed to send out the coin as promised. Last year, Gardengorilla made an error on every coin she listed (she used the wrong column)! She ended up making some horrible trades. But she honoured them all! Please honour the trade and send your coin. As you say yourself 'Mistakes happen', but taking responsibility for them is up to you, not the rest of us! I have to agree with E&Cplus3. The trade not only affects you and the person receiving the coin, but it could essentially have affected every single person in the math trade, through the trade chain.
