Bushwackrz

Looking for help. Our TB called "Bushwackrz" Hiking Smurf # DV2RYX was picked up by a cacher back on 9/18/08. We have tried numberous times to contact this cacher and the person they were with that fateful day. One said they would fwd email to the other when we asked for help to retrieve our TB. The cacher who has TB doesn't answer our request to place in cache, give to another cacher or send back to us. Does anyone know how we can get our TB back?
