  1. Dear geocachers, Two people reported that they couldn't find my geocache in Seward, Alaska (GCK9ZE, http://www.geocaching.com/seek/cache_detai...f3-24d76735922b ). I am working in Dutch Harbor for the summer and fall and don't know when is the earliest I could go to Seward to check on the cache. Is there anyone out there who found the cache earlier and could re-check on it? Possibly, if the cache is not there, instead of me temprorarily disabling it, may be someone could put together a small cache and I would re-establish it permanently (if there is such a thing) when I get to Seward? Any help would be appreciated, Mikhail
  2. Team SuperGenius, why do you need 4 GPSrs? I've been using one MeriPlat all along; is there something I've been missing?
  3. Georganne, welcome to the game! I am from Juneau and started geocaching in the spring. It's a great way to learn about the place you live in. I am yet to do some caching in Fairbanks. So far, I've done it in the Southeast and the Kenai peninsula. Snow is definitely on the way. Just came home from Anchorage and heard that there is already a lot of snow in Denali.
  4. The "Granite Creek" cache (GCH0EF) in Juneau, Alaska has never been found. I put in a considerable amount of time with a friend of mine looking for it, to no avail. The owner of this cache hasn't been active since October of 2003. Either the cache has been removed or is hidden in a spot way, way away from the waypoint posted or suggested by the clue.
