I have Repair supplies: baggies, logs, pencils mirror on extension rod tweezers pocket knife pen flashlight However the one thing I’m struggling with is how to retrieve caches hung loosely in trees. Some of those trees are not for climbing and the CO wants you to use a tool. I can improvise, but I’m on the short side and not up for hauling a ladder on my back or trying to heft a heavy pole above my head. Neither can I afford much. Does anyone have a suggestion for a lightweight reaching tool for under 30 bucks.

I've actually figured out a little more about this cache. I'm pretty sure this is GC6APMH Super-Villainous: The Lizard, placed by Minneapolis15. I asked him if he wanted me to do anything about it. He said just leave it, maybe someday he'd come get it. He has a pretty impressive list of archived caches. Suggestions? I wish I could log it, but I'm not a premium member (it's a premium cache).

While out for a walk a bushwhack part of a city park, I found an official Cache Advance GC lock-and-lock container with sort of typical swag (a bunch of little rubber snakes and lizards) but no log book. The cache name was written in sharpie as "The Lizard". There was other handwriting, but I couldn't decipher it. I tried to look it up, but there was no cache listed on Geocaching.com in that area at all, and nothing that matched that name. There was also a Lizard man action figure hanging from the tree branches above. Any suggestions?
