I've tried to create a new account at Geocaching.com, using several e-mail accounts, and we do not receive any e-mails to verify our new account. The problem must be the site geocaching.com, which do not send any verification e-mails.

Reading other threads on this forum, i tried the following: In Setup/Direction, I altered field 3 and 4 to: Use compass course when under 4 kilometre/hour When more than 15 secs. Turned On WAAS Turned OFF electronic compass Did a brief test outside in the garden, and the course/compass arrow was steady locked on my goal. Then I'll see next time out geocaching :-) rgds Balswick

When navigating towards a Geocache with my GPSmap 60CSx, in map or compass mode, the direction the GPS is giving me, seems somehow indeterminable. The arrow points in almost every direction, and I have to "calculate" an average in my head as I move along. The GPS unit is only one month old, so I haven't got really much experience with it, but thinking back to my old unit (which I did not have really much experice with either) I think that cheaper unit gave me somehow a more stable direction. This happends when moving straight towards a cache, with the unit in front of me pointing staight ahead, in open land with exellent satelite reception. Quite annoying, and I do not have a clue if this has something to do with the hardware/unit, og if it is some setting that I've managed to change? Anyone more experienced users who can enlighten me a bit?
