Gabby dog(tb21amd) has been caching since I started. She has more caches than I do. I have a friend who will grab her if I can't go. Here's a pic of her at Keechelus CrossingII at the top of Snoqualmie Pass, Wa. Yes, we had to take rafts to get there. Here she is in my buddies raft. She now has over 800 miles. Ok, we drove to visit a friend in Salem, Ore. While there we snagged a cache.

Yeah, I went down there and sure enough, someone signed the log yesterday with the initials BM No help there. It's not like it was a micro Ohwell.

I have a travel bug for my dog. I have yet to find a cache big enough to house her so she gets dipped. (tb21amd) As far as coins, on June 2nd, I placed a coin in my cache, the Isle of Man coin that had logged in over 1,000 miles and sure enough, someone logged in today that the coin is missing. That log is the first since I dropped it. I am tempted to go down to my cache and check the log to see if someone had been there between the two dates and then send them a nice email reminding them to log the cache and ask if they took the coin. I guess taking coins and not logging them isn't in my blood. It bums me to think there are people that do that. I did have a new cacher that didn't understand about the logging thing and we exchanged several emails as I helped her thru the process. She left a post about picking up a tb but I noticed it was still logged to my cache.

My dog has a tag that I activated. (tb21amd)I don't mind the emails and a buddy of mine will grab her from me when he goes geocaching. We only log her in when she goes. Since I have yet to find a geocache big enough to house her, I have no choice but to dip.

What code do I use to show a pic on my cache site? I see people have pics. The code I am used to using is yabbc code which is brackets. That just hides my pic. Do I use the arrows <img> </img> or what?

All maps are for True North since Magnetic North is slowly moving.

Sorry for missing this question earlier! Topo maps are in general set to draw at a lower priority than City Navigator and other road-centric mapsets. That means that the topos are likely displaying underneath your navigation map set. Try turning off those maps and then see if the topo maps are visible. Thanks Moun10bike, I actually read the instructions for my Astro(Looks like the garmin gpsmap60csx except it has an extra antenna for the dog gps) and figured out how to get the road, topo and trails maps to all show up at the same time. This thing is killer now. No more guessing. I will help when I can. Thanks

Double Post, sorry

I downloaded the most current ver. today and having it was just great. Unfortunately, My above The Timber topo maps won't work when the trails map is installed. Am I missing something? I have a Garmin Astro 220 with City Nav. 2008 and Above The Timber Wa. Topo map. I have a 2gig sd chip. I tried uploading just the Wa. St. nav. map and the topo map and the NWT map as per inst. (I think) but the topo map overlay isn't there. In the maps settings, I see the NWT Maps and it is check marked and so are all the topo maps. Any help would be cool tho I really love having the trails map. Just came back from Spring Lake in SE King County.

I am having the EXACT same problem. Also using Firefox, BTW. I can only d/l one cache. If I try another, I'm told that I don't have the plugin. I have to log out, close Firefox, log back in for each waypoint I need. Needless to say, this wastes a ton of time when trying d/l multiple caches before a roadtrip. Can anyone advise on the solution? Yep. Premium membership and pocket queries. Huh? Are you suggesting that this problem is a deliberate crippling of the software by geocaching.com and that only Premium Members can use the program to d/l waypoints without having to reboot to get each one? I am a premium member.

I have the plugin installed on Firefox and it will let me dl only one cache. If I try to dl another, it tells me I have to install the plugin. If I close all the browsers and then go to my book mark and start again, it will then let me dl one cache and the same thing happens.
