Uzbekistan, where GPS receivers (and just about everything else) are illegal. Actually, I'm surprised they are in Russia, GPSrs are illegal there too, unless laws have recently changed.

Iowa is not in the Midwest forum? How can that be? Virginia/West Virgina in the Northeast? I don't get it. Aladin Sane Hey, I was born and raised in the PNW (for 21 of my 24 years) and I agree with you. I don't get it either. In fact... (I'm not a Seattle-ite or PDX-ER though), I identify with you VA and W. VA-ers. I don't quite get these yanks. I don't have the accent, but I'm fluent in redneck, and proud to be!
  4. As a Trailblazers fan, I know your pain (ours is year-in year-out). All people like myself can do is take pleasure in the failure of the Lakers!
  5. quote:Originally posted by ChurchCampDave: I am not trying to impose my will on you but please don't use them where a trading cache could be placed. It spoils the area for .1 mile radius. Good point. I was actually thinking of a spot about a block away from me. The only place to put a traditional within .1 miles there is along some RxR tracks that are frequented by hooligans.
  6. I recently ran across a "tiny tin" sized altoids tin that I thought would make for a really fun urban (it will involve magnets), but I can't think of anything good for a log book unless it's just small pieces of paper that I replace as they run out. Any inspiration out there for me? phila-duck
