Is there a limit to how many geocaches and trackables can be added to one's Watchlist?
Yes. 5000.

Is there a receiver that can cache without pocket queries?
Every GPS allows you to enter sets of coords manually... or using the "Download GPX" on the homepage.

Please explain to me what it is, thank you.
It is just a different type of geocache where players meet. You need to submit the listing with at least 15 days before the Event date, and geocachers log an Attended instead of a Found It. It's very common to held Events when you are visiting another city or country by instance... an amazing way to meet local geocachers.

I think it would be very useful to add to the maps with the red circles a warning like this: "warning, there may be other caches than the ones highlighted by the red circles"!
See here.
There's a clear message "Don’t rely only on the Geocache Planning Map to choose a location. Multi-Caches, Mysteries, Wherigos, and Letterbox Hybrids can have hidden physical waypoints."

So you mean that a more experienced player can understand where are "invisible" red circles? Maybe I'll understand.
You can also ask the owners for additional hints, by instance... and when attending Events ask for help.

But if I don't see them how could I solve and find???
I wonder if you are asking only on an hipothetyc way or are having real struggles with a given location, because when I check the map near you, I can see very few Multis and some Mysteries by west and a lot of empty space between caches.
Sure you can see them... they simply are not on the published location.

How?
Solve and found them like everybody else, simple.

... the fact remains that the maps with the red circles are useless.
But in the meantime all the caches are still being placed and published. It is not useless at all to a more experienced player. In every activity you have to deal with a "learning curve", like here. Be patient!

How?
Dealing with all those non-Traditional caches one by one, until you found all of them in a location you also want to hide any cache of yours.
You can also ask your reviewer if a pair of coordinates is available, before publishing a cache.

Dear All
I own and maintain several caches in Central London. I was wondering how I would add a flag counter to them. Love disco dancing diva.Maybe this one, by instance...

After finding over 30 geocaches i would like to hide my first one. But I don't know where to find a model to print the leaflet that collects the signatures. I've found the logo template but then? Thank you
Any normal notepad will do the job.

Is there any way to tell whether there are many new premium caches around?
Sure, using the homepage any Basic Member can search for all the caches in a given location. On the list, PMO caches will show, even not in the map.

I’ve always been able to see who is watching my geocaches and I am not able to today. I checked both with the app on the iPhone and my home computer. I even checked a cache which I used to look at regularly to see the watchers. I believe this may be a flaw in the program (or a bug depending on what you wish to call it). How do I report this?

Once published is there a way to tell Premium from non-Premium caches? I don’t see anything on a given cache’s page that tells me one way or the other.
On lists, there's a little green star above the cache name and on listings, a red text also above the name and D/T, just before the coordinates set.

I can see it... at least on caches that I also "watch".

In front of the user nickname you have a circle with three dots. Click over it and select "View Profile".
