They do, in fact, appear to be out of business however the phone listed at Thomas still appears to be working however has privacy manager screening calls. They are about ten or 15 mins from my house. Looks like there website is back up and updated. Still I've been trying to get my money back for 6 months, so I wouldn't recommend getting screwed.

Well I also filed with the BBB they emailed that they failed to respond to 2 letters so far. Also I contacted Garmin and the following is the reply from them. I dont understand where you are going with this. You have found no caches under this account and all you appear to be doing is bashing GPSCrazy. Why? What is the reasoning? If you have legitimate information that would be helpful to other users then share. If you point is just to bash then please stop. It doesn't help anyone. Its basically another form of spam. My point is not to bash but to warn others away, to save them the same problems many of us are having. Ordering GPS units, Paying for them, and never seeing anything in return. Emails go unanswered, and the phone number on there site does not belong to them.

DO not order from GPS CRAZY they dont answer EMails dont refund your money and the phone number on there website is a phony. I've been trying for a month to get my money back or the unit I order. I've also filed complants with the BBS and the Internet BB
