  1. I'm relatively new as well. It's hard to do, but when your GPS says 15 feet accuracy, and your within 15 feet, put your GPS away, and just start looking for out of place things. I find myself pulling up to a pine tree thinking "oh, I'm looking for a film container" when in reality it's a bison tube, or a locknlock. Try not to out think the cache. The other thing to keep in mind, is the accuracy of your GPS is only as good as the accuracy of the hider. What I mean by that is some people have different GPSr than you, and they are more or less accurate than yours. Take a look at the logs as well, if you see 4 or 5 DNFs in a row, then the cache is most likely missing, but there are exceptions. Good Luck and Keep Trying

    Expensive TB's

Forgot to mention that they would be using their own camera.

Another option might be to get help from other cachers from different areas to place a cache. That cache would suggest that they record the finding of that cache or the finding of another cache. Or if they don't read the description until after they find it, like several power cachers I know. You could suggest they record the next cache find, they should record it(or the trip out, just not giving it away). Then have them post the video to the you tube account. You might get lots of videos of cachers, just not with your bug. And it'll save you $150.
  4. I use this macro for my stats http://gsak.net/board/index.php?showtopic=...amp;#entry75070
  5. I found one once, where the TB id was a personalized Plate. Makes you really think when you see something like this. Pretty cool. http://www.geocaching.com/track/details.aspx?id=561717
  6. Very cool. Got this setup in 15 minutes. Can't wait for next version.
