Click on the dot that represents the cache, then click start bottom right hand corner. This will give you the map view if you then click on the compass needle, top right hand corner, you can then navigate using the compass rather than the map.
I really DON'T like the new results screen. I much preferred the old one with it's separate pages as apposed to one endless list. If it ain't broke why fix it?, and if you are going to implement one of these so called improvements why not Beta test them first like you did with the advanced search. Why is there no indication if a cache contains a trackable?. The only thing I can see that it has going for it is the fact that when I filter by last found it stays in my locality instead of showing all caches in the country. If we could have that sort of functionality but with the old look it would be much more user friendly IMHO.
If you click on the sidebar (left) on the main map, towards the bottom of the tab will be a box saying map preferences. If you click on this you should be able to select Google maps from there. Hope this helps.
You could run a pocket query filter out the nanos in that and then view your pocket query on the map. Click on the side bar (left) of the map and select pocket queries. this will then show up on the map in the location of the pocket query.
Totally agree with this. Also just tried it on my smartphone and it's HORRIBLE, you have to shrink it down to fit the screen to the point where it's virtually unreadable. Kill this experiment before it breaks free of its shackles and destroys the lab Dr Frankenstein.
Go into the set up menu and then position format and change it to British grid. If you saved the coordinates as a waypoint this will now display as British grid.
