  1. I've got a couple and I always thought it was neat that someone was watching my cache. "Hey, cool! Someone cares enough about MY cache to want to get a bunch of useless email about it!" Still kinda gives me a happy moment when I see that the "watching this cache" number on one of mine has been raised.
  2. Thanks mcweb, that one worked just great! It's a sportscar. An MG, right? I always wanted one of those...
  3. We loved the avatar with the "Paws"itraction script across the car, but you can't really make out any detail when it's avatar size. I'm still using it - because I do like it, but is there a way to make it a little bigger or sharper or something?
  4. Testing the new size out. Can't read the script on the old one.
  5. Poovles. It didn't work the last time. Trying again.
  6. Thanks again, mcweb! I've forwarded the avatar pix to the other half of the caching team that has a vote and we'll very likely start using one of your soon! They're GREAT. -"Paws"itraction
  7. Thanks, McWeb, it looks great! But could you replace the Geocaching logo with something else? Jeremy's requested we not put Geocaching logos in our avatars. Thanks! "Paws"itraction
  8. I think y'all are absolutely wonderful to offer your help to us artistically challenged cachers. If you're still in the avatar-making mode, would you mind terribly taking a run at one for me? We cache as "Paws"itraction, because I'm in the automotive industry and one member of the caching team is Kai, our dog. He's a German Shepherd / Siberian Husky cross (looks mostly Shepherd). Our GPSr is a Magellan SporTrak. Can you do anything with that? Maybe a cartoon GS dog driving a 4-wheeler or looking at a GPS or one with wheels instead of paws? Or I'm sure you can come up with something better. Thanks awfully, and if you don't want to tackle this one, that's entirely OK. Thanks again. This is Kai. (If the IMG link worked; I hope it did.) <preview> Ah-ha! It did.
  9. Thanks for the observation, Leprechaun. We like caching to go to all the places we never would've even known existed, or we "never had time to go to", or would've just plain missed out on if it hadn't been for geocaching. It's also a great time to get out and DO something with our dog, who incidentally has figured out what caching is, and gets VERY excited whenever he sees the GPSr come out! The day it becomes "all about the numbers" is the day we quit geocaching.
