Here in Oceanside, Ca... Gas is $4.03 a gallon...and my wife and I just hit 7 caches making multiple trips to the same area...grrr...should have planned it better... That's a good suggestion though, packing a lunch and caching in groups.... Anyone in the Oceanside area wanna start car pooling?

Hmmm. I read somewhere that a muggle is a term stolen from Harry Potter. What exacly makes a person a 'non-geocacher'? Lables SUCK!! Since I started to play the game do I have to carry another lable around with me? Throw them off track? If a cache is hidden well enough, it shouldn't be on a track, the cache should be off track, and hidden well enough that people won't see it easily, so you could b standing beside a hidden cache, a person asks you what ur doing, tell them what ur doing, look elsewhere else till the person or people have moved on, then come back and retrieve the cache. I know that some of the postings are ment as jokes, but the answer to what ur doing should always be "geocaching' or 'internet treasure hunt'. Maybe write the web address down for them so they could read about it and you won't have to explain it. Why lie? The information is here on the web for everyone to see if they want. Its no big secret. Jamieb, yep, it is...but you are freaking out about this...dude, get off the meth and then try to hold a semi decent conversation with us. and guess what, in life, there are labels...get used to them. and by the looks of your profile, you ain't firin on all cylinders... 2 bottles of water (for the wife and my 3 yr old) 2 Diapers (for my 10 month old) 1 pack of baby wipes (see above) My green swag bag packed with dinosaurs. Printouts GPS Spare Batteries? Space Pen Hitchhikers (trade out TB's and GC's often) Need to seriously invest in one of those baby back-packs so I can add 10 month old to the list...(he's getting heavy and hard to carry up some of the hills of Okinawa)

oh yeah, just remembered these... NOT ANOTHER "Put in a tin and disguised like trash under a bush out in the open cache" *Found some of these in California* -or- Not Another "Cache with nothing really cool to see but the local people staring at you like they want your wallet" *found one or two of these in Thailand*

Oh NO! Not another "under a park bench" micro... Here in Okinawa the children don't go home after school..they hang out in the parks on ALL the park benches for HOURS! even on Saturday. Waste several hours just to find out that the cache i had thought would be fun to find two weeks earlier was gone a week after i thought that. (I learned to check cache logs the night before I go out now)
