Yeah I emailed Tech Support and he gave me RMA # so I could send it back. So about a week later (today) they sent me a brand new unit. I’ve been playing with it all evening with it connected to my laptop. I haven’t had a problem with it. but the real test will be this weekend at a Event Cache.
I'm haveing the same problem with mine. I worked fine the first time but ever since then it does the same as what your talking about. I email tech support, so hopfully they''ll give me a usefull answer.
