GeoCoin and Pin Club Coins not received yet for April or June and none yet for July. No communication since mid June. I think the Steampunk Dog for April will be awesome and I understand production problems. I do NOT understand lack of communication.

It is July 17th. I am cool with production problems as long as there is communication. No Communication here or on Facebook. Folks this is just stinky !!

And Yay Ogima for starting the South Carolina coin on its journeys already. I was just on a road trip, but with one adventure and another didn't get to a single cache. I am afraid to look at all the cool caches that were along my route. So Ogima's traveler hasn't started traveling yet.

My package has cleared Norwegian customs. Based on past performance of the Norway Post, it should arrive in a week to ten days.

Well, crumb, I need a keeper. That ending date has been said and re-said and I was determined to see it as send by July 12. So that is what I kept seeing. Mine is not going to arrive to destination by July 12th. I apologize now.

An e-mail received on the 18th by my coin club partner: And you know what, I just wish they would communicate without people having to throw royal conniption fits. There was no update here, on their website, or on their facebook page. Communication is a very important part of customer service. And most of us know how to vote on customer service. Gee, does it show that I am cranky?
