  3. Although it's not listed at Garmins website yet, I found a direct link to the v2.54 firmware for Colorado 300. http://www.garmin.com/software/Colorado300_254Beta.exe Probably the same file with different file names.
  4. Well... I thought that the annual renewal process was completely automatic. The payment from Paypal was. I did try to activate using the S-number, but it only says that I already have activated that subscription. And that is correct, I did it last year I sent Groundspeak an e-mail yesterday, so I hope this will be solved quickly. At least quicker then last year... No, I didn't "flame" them
  5. PayPal renewed my Premium Membership Mar. 13, 2005 but I just noticed that i'm a Basic Member again! When I first became a Premium Member last year, I had exactly the same problem! Then it was two weeks before I finally got what I paid for. And only after sending Jeremy a PM on this board. (Yeah I did mail them first). So... who should I flame for this? Groundspeak or PayPal? I hate not getting what I'm paying for...
  6. Ok, I found the problem. It was the swedish character that was the problem. If I name the PQ "Närmaste" it converts the "ä" to "ä", so the next time I open up the PQ it says "Närmaste". And if I then try to edit the PQ I get the error. So I have to change it to "Närmaste" again, and voila! No error. But this must be a bug. Something for Jeremy and the GC crew, I guess.

When I try to change my Pocket Queries I get the following error: Server Error in '/' Application. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- A potentially dangerous Request.Form value was detected from the client (tbName="Närmaste"). Is it because of server overload, or is it just me? By the way. "Närmaste" is the name of the Pocket Query. It's Swedish, but the system doesn't support Swedish special characters, so in the PQ list it doesn't output the "ä" to the correct character. Is there a workaround for this? Or maybe Jeremy could fix it?
  8. I had the same problem when I decided to be a Premium Member. For almost two weeks I got the same message Then I just had it, and contacted Jeremy. 30 sec. later it was fixed! It was some kind of trouble with the registration between PayPal and Groundspeak. Good luck!

  12. You lucky b*strd! I payed through Paypal 9 days ago. The transaction has cleard my account, but still my subscription code doesn't work. I've emailed contact@Groundspeak.com, emailed hydee, Started a topic on this forum (Geocaching.com website) but nobody from GC-crew answers! This is bad customer support, and I'm feeling ripped off

  15. Geocaching.com crew. Please check this as soon you see this! I think something has gone wrong! I emailed contact@Groundspeak.com a couple of days ago, and I've also emailed hydee as suggested to me by user "hedberg" when we had a chat about this.

  19. I did a little "cut'n'paste" on the code, so I guess that's not the problem. But I think I know what the problem is now. I live in Sweden, and it'll probably take a day or two for the mony to reach GC. I don't have a verified Paypal account, just a "plain" one. My cache page lists me as a "Active User" and not "Premium Member", so this section must be open to all users. Otherwise there's a bug in this forum
  20. How long does it take for the activation code to make it to GC's database? I got the mail from Paypal about 20 hours ago and still I got: "Error: That subscription number was not found in the system. You may already be activated. Visit your my cache page and view your profile as others see you to see if you are listed as a premium member." When I try to activate my membership
