My Dragon Geocoin has over 73,000 miles 'on the clock' because I have been shuttling to and from New Zealand for the last 3 years.

Reset compass today and WHOOPEE!!!! Back to normal. Thanks for the info folks. Magic

My pointer has developed a mind of its own for a couple of months now. I've just checked and I'm on version 3.50 so the problem seems to lie with the unit rather than the software version. I'll try recalibrating my compass next time I go caching and see if it sorts the problem out.

THANK YOU! Once more for de bugging another bug that was bugging me. Thank you for putting the lists down the side again. I certainly don't mind the names running over 3 or 4 sides. I'll try downloading it to my vaio so I can take it with me. If not? Print it out and take it with me I suppose. Back to NZ planning with a song in my heart and a spring in my step. WOW I can zoom out and still see the caches again. THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! I can restart planning my New Zealand trip again. I love the little icons they make the map look very clean and open. I can live without the names listed down the side but they were very useful and it would be nice to have this facility returned too. Keep up the good work.

As I said on the other thread the new version as it stands is purely dreadful because it just plain isn't working. I am going away tomorrow and can't investigate caches on the route or at my destination tonight before I go. A weekend away wasted on the caching front. The "more than 15 miles" is driving me bonkers. I am halfway through planning a New Zealand trip and now cannot find the clusters of caches by grabbing the map and pulling it around. I have done 1/4 of the country and am despairing of completing the rest before I go. Halfway round the world and I can't go caching unless this system is debugged very quickly. BRING BACK THE OLD SYSTEM, possibly with the new cache icons until the new system is working properly. What we have at the moment is a total dogs dinner. Disgusted Near Tumbridge Wells
