On the other hand, *I* know how to set up an autoresponder to avoid leaving my customers hanging with no info. I waited until after business hours began (even on the Pacific coast) on Tuesday before posting. Tuesday is not "the Weekend". To be fair, I did get a brief response about the May club coins after I posted here, and there is now some information on their Web site; but the other issue (one of my Red Handed coins) has not been noticed or replied to. So, my impression is still mixed.

I have four coins from Oakcoins that I am unable to activate. One, their system won't give me a code for, the other three, Groundspeak says the code is invalid. I've emailed them three times, and not received any kind of reply. Is this a typical experience? Are my expectations out of line that a company should reply within a few days to a problem like this?

I'd be happy to release for anyone ... I can easily do northwestern Washington State (Seattle/Bellingham), Souther BC Canada (Vancouver), Victoria BC Canada... and with more notice Ontario, Canada.

Unfortunately for my area, it doesn't show any roads built since 1970. It's very odd to see the POI for the large highschool in what it shows as a big empty space without a road for miles...

It's a long story... but... has anyone seen any generic "wedding-themed" trackable coins? This has come up rather last minute, and is a small-quantity sort of thing. Thanks for any suggestions.
