Ok coins are up on site. (links to follow) I am placing order on Monday, and am expecting coins in hand by the 10th of July. Prices will go up when in stock. I was able to stay close to what I was hoping for in price and sets. Single RE coin- $6.50 Set of 5 RE + 1 LE - (5x$6.50= $32.50 LE=$3.50) total of $36. Set of 10 RE + 1 LE - (10x$6.50= $65.00 LE=$0) total of $65. I hope to get alot of these out in caches and roaming free. Hmmmm,,,,, sounds like a mision / cointest coming,,,,,,,,,,, All coins are Nickel 1.5" round with 3mm thickness, trackable and iconed. RE's are Red soft enamel LE's are Purple Translucent (photos like more blue than they are, something about the reflections) Looking for an icon design ( got an idea? e-mail it to me atcustomer_service@tntgeocoins.com Link to sales page A note to those ordering. Thanks everyone. I have gotten a few e-mails today about Tank, not sure how best to update everyone at once. And wanted to again say thanks to everyone that has helped. Yes we are trying to get things as back to normal or whatever our normal is going to be. With mom home helping take care of Tank, coins and the internet are the only thing to help support all of us for now, and we are doing the best we can. I will be seeing some of you at events close by and hoping to make a few of the bigger ones too. sadly it will most likely be alone. We do have a few standard auctions up now and putting up some in the next week also. Tank is doing better but still mostly unconcious. He is beginning to look around more and we have taken several trips out of the house and he seems to enjoy that. We actually went to a local event on Sat. with some good friends. It was our 1K looged cache and it meant a lot for Tank to be there. He seems to be much more alert and is trying to move mouth and tougue in what appears to be talking type motions. We are kinda on our own as his doctors have no idea what to expect either, since in their best guess he basically should not be here still and the things he is doing they didn't think he would. We are blessed to have a huge God and a lot of friends with some powerful prayers. And Tank is a huge,,,, pain in the butt and fights about everything so not expecting him to give up on this either. Well photos are in!!! The translucent looks more blue in photos but I was told it does look purple in hand. Waiting for in hand samples to see for sure. Posting these now and will update when we know if doing PMS or translucent for LE coin. Getting details together for coin sales. We know it will be available as single, in a set of 5 with an LE at discount, total of 6 coins, or a set of 10 with LE free, total of 11 coins. Looking at a per coin cost of between $6 and $6.50 for full size trackables. Hoping this will get a lot of these out and about. These will be released in the next week or so. Discount rate for pre-sale coins + extra gift included.

Well, This is difficult. I would say that more is better. At GW5 last year we were so not ready for the mad rush. We brought 2 coin designs and about 500 of each. Sold out of almost every metal and coin. In fact we had to do reorders for the event version. We went to MWGB last year also, and had a different result. Mad rush at vending time and did not do anywhere near as much, but got to see more of the event. So big toss up there, getting to see so many people we had only e-mailed or chatted through forums was awesome at both events. This year we will have a coin released at both MWGB and GCF. Looking for help with booths as stated by another. I don't divide so well into three either and not having my"normal" help will be hard(more ways then one). For sure find an extra body or two even if only for a few hours. Not sure if that helped, can't wait to see you there.

Mint has art done and it looks good. The propotioned size of tracking code is about 3.5 mm thats about twice the size on our dragon coins and those are above ave. readable so these should be good. And we are using a black fill on the nickel plating. This is a wonderfully done and beautiful( in every meaning) coin. I can promise that the "special person" will cherish the Shiney Gold, it will be with him when he wakes up. John, if you get around to doing the shiney copper ones, his other half would like to place a first reserve. I will gladly be happy with the order for the Antique copper one till then. Make sure you vote at the poll for color at poll voting page. The mint said yes we can do a translucent. Will have samples made in both reg PMS and translucent of winning color.

Beautiful coin John. Can't wait to get them in. I love the new design, we had talked about that I think and it looks great. Are you going to do cointest to see who knows what all the symbols mean? I won't answer.

Talk about teasers,,,,,,, I want to be there too,,,,,,, Oh well!!! Have to wait till Aug, well maybe Oct. Too. Don't think I will bring the "kid" make it easier on us older folks. Have a great time trading, wish we could be there. As far as OT, We are kinda the well if you have something I don't cool, got a personal and I got a chance to meet you, even better, if not we'll work something out. We don't say no very often. I noticed you have a TB with the mystery coins, that is a great idea. Not sure I have seen that done so that they are trackable also. Very cool idea. People here come up with all kinds of neat stuff.

I recieved message back from mint. If we can get this done without too many issues, (should not be hard, since this is much easier than the last few coins) we are looking at a cost per coin of around $6. With the LE available for $3 with a 5 coin set of RE(travelers), and for free with a set of 10 RE(travelers). That is in a 1.5" 3mm thick with soft enamel, trackable and iconed. I think that is a fair cost on these. Mint informed that glow/glitter is out of options for front side due to the small areas of some of the spaces. We can do a different color for it though. Will add poll to vote on the color for LE coin to our site in the forums. Link to poll for color

Some great ideas already posted. Our son makes pages for coins out of the heavy gage 12 coin pages, and places a small velcro dot at the top of each area to help keep coins in. These work very well when used inside a zippered binder. We use the double ringed Case-its from Office Depot. There is another great looking way to display them is you would like a more elegant look. Same idea as the foam inserts but it uses leather and a custom Airtite coin holder, to use with the baseball card size pages. They look wondeful, as with any coin collection idea they can get heavy. We use them as special holders for about 50 of our coins, again in a zippered binder. Not trying to advertise but we carry them and so does Castlemans store. As far as I know the two of us are the only US distributors and there is one place in the UK that has them also. Just food for thought.

Thank you all for feedback so far. I am glad that we are not the only ones that have "issues" with the tiny numbers on coins. We have tried to make them readable on our coins in the past(the Ultimates get kinda small, due to placements), but this by far will be the biggest code. I love Cav Scouts idea, but sadly if I gave a coin to everyone that helped I would have to make the whole series of these without any sales, because everyone has helped so much along the way to getting back up. I am however going to do these low enough that we should be able to get a lot of coins out and running. The idea now is to do a set pack that would have several of the RE coins and 1 special coin for the releaser. Not sure if doing a effect change( glow, glitter) or a color change( blue, purple). Details still in the works. Again as with in the past, we would like to thank the whole community for the strength and support it has shown these last few months.

We had been talking about something like this for a while and a recent thread kinda pushed it along. Thanks to S&D for helping work out idea, and the talented Jamie of MadHattersNeverland.com for once again coming up with a great design. Details of production timing and run size to follow. We are still in artwork stage with mint so anyone have any suggestions? What metal/s do you all think would be good? We are looking at keeping these reasonable in hopes that we can do a mutli pack to give lots of chances for them to run wild.
