Could someone walk me through the process to add the map of the US with the states highlighted in red as to where I found caches. I tried doing it but I couldn't fiqure it out.

I have only the Mapsend Manager. I have one DVD, I'll try re-install.

That is normal operation. If you see the same thing when you click on "Launch MapSend Programs," that is not normal. You should see something like in my screenshot, which ought to list MapSend Topo 3D as a launch option since [i presume] you have it installed. In your first post in this thread you said: So, just to put these two posts together--are you seeing the same options come up when you click both "Launch MapSend Programs" and "Manage GPS Files"? (Sorry if I'm running back over what you seem to have already stated, but since the MapSend Manager program isn't supposed to work this way I want to be sure of what's happening before trying something else.) Are there other discs I need to get before this programs works?

What I see when I click on "Manage GPS Files" are as follows: Transfer data to unit Transfer data to PC Convert data to Explorist format Convert data to Legacy Mapsend format Manage files Find and copy user files to my GPS folder

The first thing listed in the top left is " Launch Mapsend Programs", I click on that and 6 options appear. The first being "Transfer data to unit", Transfer data to PC, Convert data to Explorist format, Convert data to Legacy Mapsend format, Managge files, Find & copy user files to my gps folder".

I installed Mapsend in my pc. I can't fiqure out how to bring up the topo map to pick out my region. I click on "launch Mapsend programs" then it brings up about 5-6 options. Is this the right path? Need help, Thanks!

What I did was transfer the way points to my gps. When I wanted to delete them I pluged in the gps to my pc, turned it on and then deleted the data from the geo.manager but it did not delete from my gps. This wouldn't work after many tries. After I posted this I tried later and it worked. But a certain box appeared that never appeared before that let me delete the data. I have deleted way points many times before with no problem. Anyone out there with a Magellan have or had this problem??

I can't seem to delete waypoints anymore using the Magellan Geocache Manager. I'm doing everything the same, plug in cable to PC before turning on GPS, highlighting unwanted waypoints, hitting delete, window says items are deleted, I check my Exporist and waypoints are still there. Never did this before. Any help???

If several registered members of this website find a cache together, can we all log in the find individually or can only one of us log the find?

Can anyone tell me how to delete a POI I entered from my PC to the "Geocache Pts" file? I can delete POI in the "my pts of interest" that I manually entered with no problem.
