I'm looking for more of a shillelagh type stick myself. Most that I seem to find are geared more toward tourists. I fear I haven't the skill to whittle my own. If anyone has any leads on where to find a nice shillelagh I would be grateful for the help. Cheers, Tami

I'm only brand new. So I don't consider myself a lurker just yet I suppose. I think I have been lucky enough to miss out on any unpleasantness. In fact, I tend to avoid unpleasantness as a rule. Of course, I have no fixed opinions on any geocaching topics yet. As I mentioned above, it is all brand new to me. So far I have found the forum to be a place of friendly exchange. It has been an informative experience. I would not worry on the account of making your best impression. An honest impression is always best. You cannot expect people to behave differently than they are (or can you?). In any case, I think most people know enough to simply exit a page that they find offensive or inflaming.
