The GPX version of GC1ABZ0 currently includes the log entry of manumi as of December 3. This log entry contains the characers which isn't valid in XML and causes XML parsers like GSAK to fail:

This problems occurs with a pocket query as well as with downloading the GPX file for this cache.
IMHO the GPX generator should avoid that such a broken XML entity is included in any GPX file.
