  1. I paid for the official App much money and it's unusable. Much other Tools can more and cost less or are free!! I want my Money back
  2. Hi Groundspeak I'm deeply disappointed about this App for Android. As a premium member I pay every year for this great Site and the possibility to have some more options than basic user. I also payed for this app for my new Samsung Galaxy S2. But sorry, this App is not worth its money. - Long time to start - No Localization - No possibility to handle Trackables - A lot of minor bugs or bad implementations (only GC Code instead name, search dont' work in any case...) - slow update frequenzy (as also for the WebSite here are about 100 customer wishes in the feedback section which will implemented in "future releases" or are only planned for weeks an months) I thought that was the Original, a MUST HAVE for a geacacher. But then I saw c:geo (for free!!!) Take a big look at it, you can learn from this App! Hope to see soon a next update for the android app! Greetings from switzerland
  3. !UNBELIEVABLE! That's the first time that a site stops me from surfing. And - nota bene - I'm a premium member and pay every year for having fun with gc.com. BUT now, should I really pay again? I've never seen anything like that before - hope this is only a april fool :-((
  4. I use WAP since I began with geocaching. It's very useful for a quick look for caches around my position, or for logging a FTF. The only thing I miss is the ability to search for cache by name instead only by gc-code. WAP is FAST and EASY! Thanks!
  5. As I wrote in another thread I also have a lot of caches which are not compatibel with the colorado. Here are two examples: GCID: GCTCFF Failure description: Selecting Show Description causes Colorado to power off (screen fade) GPX file source: GPX eXchange File Colorado Model/Software: 300/2.4/2.6 Host: WinXP PC GPX file location: internal GCID: GC18N05 Failure description: Selecting Show Description causes Colorado to power off (screen fade) GPX file source: GPX eXchange File Colorado Model/Software: 300/2.4/2.6 Host: WinXP PC GPX file location: internal I shortly take a look to the html code of this two caches, both of them contains tables and a lot of msoNormal-Styles. Greetings from Switzerland
  6. Hi There My Colorado 300 have still problems to show some caches. With some listings the text will display garbled. In some cases the colorado crashes and you have to restart it (GCTCFF or GC18N05). I think the problem is colorado's html-parser. In both caches there are some styles an classes from ms office, maybe that's the problem. I loaded the cache descriptions with PQ's to my colorado. Greetings from switzerland
  7. I also would love it to make PQ's with more than 500 Caches in it. I'm an owner of the new Colorado and would love it to have all caches from switzerland in the device.
  8. I'm still using the WAP-Solution to log my founds and log my tb/gc. Further I use WAP for searching for coordinates and description of caches. It would be VERY HELPFUL if I can search for a cache by NAME instead onlx y GC-Number. Thanks, Thomas
  9. Since a few days I'm using the wap-site because of the GC-Site is too big to load to my mobile. The WAP-Site is FAST and great for searching information when I'm on the road. The only thing I'm missing, is DIFFICULTY, TERRAIN and SIZE in the cache description. Thanks!
  10. Awesome! Really Awesome! This map rocks! Thank you!
  11. In my opinion the map is now really great. The symbols are in an optimal size, closed caches are shown in red, more than 15miles... GREAT! I have only one wish: When I select to hide my found caches, the list of caches should also change. At the moment the list shows all caches... Thanks!
  12. I'm in switzerland. The Site is really veery slow, sometimes it takes more than one minute to load the map!
