Happened to me too. Reinstalling drivers didn´t do it. So I deletet all Garmin drivers , connected GSP to PC and let microsoft detect and install drivers. For some odd reason that was the trick. I was a desperat move before I was about to remove all Mapsource and Garmine features from my registry..
