I thought it would be fun to make a thread about what we where to cache..
I have 1 outfit that gets me to any cache i want without muggles bothering me..
I where jeans, plaint white tshirt.. orange vest and a hard hat.. doesnt matter weather it is walmart or anywhere.. i just put on my hard hat and grab my gps and go.. most people ignore me competely.. i even have a cheap yellow globe light for my car ($5 at radioshack) that i plug in and i look official..
sometimes i dont even have to wear a hard hat and most assume that my gps is some kind of tool.. or a walkie talkie..
think about it.. i look like a utility worker..

Yesterday I found a DVD that was produced by a religous orginazation about how the world is going to end,
I really hope you're joking, but if you aren't, then I would have taken it, just to trash it. Spreading fear is not going to do anyone any good.
Nothing wrong with that item in a cache. And taking it without trading up/even for it would be wrong.

As long as you traded up/even for it then its ok. I question your motives though. The bible doesn't speak of the world continuing on like this forever. Which means something has to end. Although something could have been worded wrong or taken wrong. Still, you need to trade up or even.
If it was a global warming DVD about the world ending would you feel differently?

what we are getting at is a concept i'm certain beyond your small sphere of understanding; the idea that games should be played fairly and according to generally accepted standards

I think that charging people $75 to learn how to find plastic boxes is ...BS... id be more than willing and happy to show someone how to find a cache....for free.

Just a heads up on BC Parks....while walking back from doing a cache behind HQ.on south Vancouver island yesterday.A park ranger noticed that i had a GPS in my hand.He asked me if it was new, and if i was trying it out.I told him i have had it for a couple yrs and that i was a cacher.Thats when asked me where the cache was,I told him that it was back there in a tree,then he asked me to remove it.I told him that it was not my cache and could not do that.It seems that they do not want us going into OUR parks to cache.He asked me to let the caching comunity to refrain from putting caches in OUR parks,due to ecological dammage,and someone could step on a rare endangered plant.OK...now for the clincher...if any one one the south island has done this cache,they will have noticed that they have cleared a right of way very close to the cache.And also they have put a very LARGE group site there as well..hmmmmmmmmm go figure egological...NOT. How many of them rare orchids did they destroy doing that ..it makes no sense what so ever to me . I hope that the ranger reads this. and could shed some light on this topic .Its a catch 22 if you ask me...Dont forget ...those parks belong to the people of this province.

OK....another rant comming on...Mr.Aprover...Tell me how you can aprove so many caches by one person,in apox.1 yr.....There is an individual ...(as in 1 person) on the east coast has put out more than 300 caches in 1 year....NOW....you tell me...is it possible to maintain all these caches??????...now tell me how can you aprove a cache that is under the bridge,and then the one thats on top of the same bridge ?.(same person)...is there not a distance requirment between caches?.....and this individual has caches that are more than 4 hrs from his home...sounds like that you dont like us from the west coast......and also ...dont get me wrong.....We have a cache..TEAM out west that put alot of caches out for us they are very well maintained...hats off to them...MJDJ...id be pissed off also.....
