My (many and recent) communications on this topic have been directly with the reviewers of the affected areas.
Miss Jenn, as this was and is a user request (not a reviewer request) it would be reasonable and fair to inform the users as well.

wenn der Cache neu ist, kann man ganz schöne Sachen finden.
Kommt darauf an, wer ihn versteckt hat. Da ich Null Interesse an Tauschartikeln habe, wirkt sich das auch auf den Tauschinhalt meiner eigenen Caches aus - frueher kleiner Krimskrams, mittlerweile gar nichts mehr (meine Caches sind ohnedies keine Caches, die sich an Cacherfamilien mit kleineren Kindern richten).
Man ist echt voll enttäuscht wenn in einem ansich schönen Cache nur Schrott vorfindet.
Ich nicht, solange es nichts ist, was den Zustand des Caches verschlechtert. Je weniger Zeugs in einem Behaelter ist, desto lieber ist es mir. Ich schaue die Tauschgegenstaende im Cache gar nicht an und fuehre auch keinerlei Tauschgegenstaende mit mir mit. Schlimmstenfalls sind mir die Dinge im Cache im Weg und ich muss sie rausraeumen um loggen zu koennen und spaeter wieder einraeumen und die Dose wieder zukriegen, was nervig sein kann.
Fuer mich zaehlt der Weg zum Cache und die Orte, die mir gezeigt werden. Alles was ueber die Moeglichkeit meinen Alias als Beweis meines Besuchs beim Cache notieren zu koennen, hinausgeht, interessiert mich nicht und ist ggf. eher Balast. Die Dosengroesse spielt fuer mich nur in bezug auf die leichtere Findbarkeit und die Moeglichkeit TBs und GCs abzulegen eine Rolle.
Enttaeuschung ueber fehlende und unattraktive Tauschgegenstaende kann ich nur bei Kindern nachvollziehen, aber nicht bei Erwachsenen.

I think it would be very useful if states outside of the US could be added to the system, so we can also search by state or know in which state a TravelBug is located.
Here is a begining with the german speaking countries, I hope that people from other countries can provide their states too.

I would like to have the ability to pick a state on my notifications like you can do for a PQ.
And I'd like to be able to designate states to caches at all.

My suggestion for any of you who feel a strong need to have "states" listed for your country is this:
Contact your reviewer(s) to compile an appropriate list of "states" (...)
Done.
MissJenn, is there anything new on the email our local reviewer (Tafari) sent you with the list of Austrian states?
I said above: I cannot tell you when items like this will be implemented. I can put them on the right list, though.
Miss Jenn, could you please give us information on how this list is treated (is there anyone "workin on it")?

I'd like for the disclaimer to protect the cache placer and not just this listing company.
It does neither here in continental legal systems.
Still worse, disclaimer usually increase the probability and/or portion of the liability of those who use them. This situation is still aggravated by the fact that we're talking about a B2C relation (Groundspeak Inc. on the one hand and cache seekers/hiders on the other...).
Besides that, many foreign users don't even understand a bit of these legal texts...

Was ist für Euch ein guter Startinhalt ?

Nehmt ihr auch mal nur raus ? Oder immer 1zu1 und gleichwertig ?
Ich tausche nur Plenks, allerdings gebe ich naturgemäß seltener etwas zurück als ich unverhofft welche bekomme.

I appreciate your efforts in compiling a list. It would be a good idea to post the list here when completed so a consensus can be reached before updating the site since there seems to be some disagreement.
There's never been any disagreement on the Austrian states, so could you pleeeeaaaaase add them?

From what I learned at university, this is simply not true (at least not for Austria).
Unless you have explicit permission, there is no doubt about climbing third party's properties being forbidden.
But posting here IANAL, but just a cacher, of course. ^^
