I hate to "me too", but... I thought my account or maybe Gmail was messed up, but I am glad to see that I am not the only one having the problem. With several people using different email account hosts, it definitely sounds like an issue on the Groundspeak site. I have not been caching in about 9 months and wanted to get out today.

I am unable to talk my wife into going caching with me and our son. She says that she is not into it. Any tips on how to get her motivated or should we (me and the boy) just go off and spend time together without Mom tagging along?

I am in the same boat as pipefitr. The Conversion Manager does not recognize the GPS. EScout, we are talking about two different things. I use GSAK and it is definitely a wonderful program. However, one must have the Conversion Manager software to be able to upload detailed topographic maps to the GPS from Magellan's MapSend TOPO USA software.

I was able to install the software on Vista with help from this thread. However, after I run it, I was not able to upload a map to my GPS. When I launch Magellan Conversion Manager, it tells me that it cannot find a memory card or my eXplorist, which is connected via USB cable. Anyone have any thoughts?
