It depends on what kind of shipping is used, i get a lot of packages from the US with $5 on it (I live in the Netherlands) So $5 isn't overpriced.

the bronze can just be paypalled, the silver had a message that you should mail, but it's gone now.

That seems like the easyest way, and it also works fine, since i've received several coins at the other side of the ocean (The Netherlands) that where packaged that way. The other methods might be a lot of work if you'll have to ship 1000 coins...

my favorite is still the washington 2004, becouse it looks so good. My collection only consists of 20 coins, so there might be even better ones out there.
